國際醫學院作為IUK的結構(gou)部門成立于2003年。建立學校的主要基礎是改(gai)革吉(ji)爾吉(ji)斯(si)斯(si)坦教(jiao)育體系和提(ti)高國內大學競爭力(li)的戰(zhan)略,這導致了(liao)ISM管(guan)理和教(jiao)師的主要重點。專注(zhu)于創建一個現代化的動(dong)態教(jiao)育機構(gou),可以提(ti)供高質(zhi)量(liang)的培訓(xun),並在醫學教(jiao)育市場具有(you)競爭潛力(li)。

盡管(guan)任何教(jiao)職(zhi)員工(gong)和學生在學業上xian)〉de)成功的關鍵是一項艱苦的工(gong)作,但(dan)學校成就的主要支柱是三個基本(ben)原則,即公(gong)平使命和願景中反映出來(lai)的公(gong)平,質(zhi)量(liang)和透明度,並發展為主義(yi)完整性代碼(ma)。

ISM注(zhu)冊並與許(xu)多領先(xian)的國際機構(gou)合作(我們的合作伙伴)︰世(shi)界衛生組織(WHO),國際醫學教(jiao)育協會(AMEE),醫學教(jiao)育和科學發展基金(jin)會(FAIMER),研(yan)究所國際醫學教(jiao)育(IIME),歐盟生物(wu)醫學和健(jian)康博士(ORPHEUS),並參與多個國際項目(mu)。目(mu)前,學術委員會批(pi)準的14個研(yan)究項目(mu)kong)zheng)在ISM中實施。 Erasmus Plus項目(mu)選擇(ze)了(liao)“中亞環境與職(zhi)業健(jian)康教(jiao)育,研(yan)究與創新網絡”和“加強亞洲環境衛生教(jiao)育,研(yan)究與創新網絡”項目(mu)。

我們的校友已經(jing)在美(mei)國,英國等國家成功通(tong)過了(liao)本(ben)國的醫學認(ren)證考試(shi)。我們的畢業生在北(bei)美(mei)和歐洲的領先(xian)機構(gou)進行(xing)持續的健(jian)康研(yan)究,並在世(shi)界各地執業。

INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF KYRGYZSTAN (IUK) was created in 1993 by a special Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic ? 74 that gave the university the status of international higher education institution.

The International School of Medicine as a structural division of IUK was established in 2003. The main foundation for establishment of the school was a strategy of reforming Kyrgyz education system and increasing competitiveness of domestic universities, which resulted in the main emphasis of ISM administration and faculty being focused on the creation of a modern dynamic educational institution that can provide high quality training and has competitive potentials in the medical education market.

Currently, the International School of Medicine is a modern university with a comprehensiveinfrastructure, and experienced faculty members that are nationally and some of them worldwide recognized specialists in different areas of medicine, professional health organizations and agencies.

Fifteen years ago the first 13 students were enrolled, whereas at present about 3500 students study in the school. Most of our students are citizens of foreign countries: India, Pakistan, South Korea, USA, Great Britain, Russia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Japan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Turkey and Syria. This is why the language of instruction is English.

As mentioned in rector’s welcome message: “strong intellectual potential, close cooperation with leading medical institutions, the use of modern technologies, and individual approach to each student, all these ensure high quality of training and future professional achievements of our graduates”.

Although the key to academic success of any faculty members and students is a hard work the main pillars of school accomplishments are  three  basic principles Equity, Quality, and Transparency that were reflected in our school Mission and Vision and developed to theISM integrity code.

The ISM is registered and cooperates (our partners) with many leading international institutions: The World Health Organization (WHO), An International Association for Medical Education (AMEE), the Foundation for the Development of Medical Education and Science (FAIMER), Institute for International Medical Education (IIME), the PhD Program in Biomedicine and Health in the EU (ORPHEUS), and participates in several international programs. Currently, 14 research projects approved by the Academic Council are being implemented in the ISM. The projects of “Central Asian Network for Education, Research and Innovation in Environmental and Occupational Health” and “Strengthening the Network of Education, Research and Innovation in Environmental Health in Asia” were selected by the Erasmus Plus Project.

Our alumni have been successfully passing medical certification exams in their native countries along with countries such as USA, Great Britain etc. Our graduates do their continuous health studies as postgraduate trainees in leading institutions of North America and Europe and practicing medicine all over the world.
